GMAN: Okonomiyaki (Japanese Pizza)

I want to try this really badly.
Junko says it is her favorite dish.
Hisatoyo (Sam) said he could make this stuff if I find a flat plate to cook on.


Okonomiyaki party anyone?

    This sounds pretty good once you eliminate the sea insect relative the Crustacea. Oh, and tentacles and katsuobushi. katsuobushi totally creeps me out.
    Otherwise, I'm down!

    sounds like each okonomiyaki can be customed made with whatever toppings you like. just like a pizza.
