this was near a window by the dinning table. john and i were waiting for dinner to be ready. kei and robert were in the kitchen making tempura.


we rented a movie after dinner: Closer.
i fell asleep and slept through most of it.

things i did today (that i care to share)

woke up.
fed Bowie.
let Disco go into the yard to go pee and poo.
accidentally let Bowie eat all the jerky treats.
got a scoop of food for Disco.
vacuumed the house.
steamed the carpets.
started a load of white laundry.
emptied trash cans.
took down all the halloween decorations in the backyard.
put away an old mirror that was sitting on the picnic table.

guess not

i guess she doesn't want a website anymore.
it appears to be gone.

If you're in the mood for breakfast in the Aliso Viejo/Laguna Niguel area. This is definitely the place to go. There is not big sign so it is easy to miss. It's tucked away on the far end of a small strip mall that includes the independent pet supply store where I buy dog food for Bowie.

Most breakfast dishes come with a side of country potatoes, which are actually semi-mashed potatoes that are fried on one side. Mmm.. yum.

The main drawback: The place was crowded as heck. The clientele appeared to be mainly comprised of loud and inconsiderate white people.

john and i often got to samy's camera to look at the latest camera stuff. we rarely ever buy anything there.

on this occassion we didn't see our friend ted. he's the short asian gentleman that looks frustrated that we make him pull ever sort of camera off the wall with no intention of buying. "it's a good camera; a good price."
