Psychologists at Frankfurt University say the fake, enforced, friendliness common to service sector employees leads to depression, stress and a lowering of the immune system itself. Quite interesting.
--- so.. the next time someone asks me why their computer doesn't work, i should tell them: "go fuck yourself."
