today i weighed in at 177 lbs. lets do a quick analysis of why this might be the case.
on saturday i had soba noodles and some pork on rice. in the evening i had a huge huge steak and some hashbrowns, 2 pieces of bacon wrapped scallops and one asparagus stalk and a few bites of a chocolate souffle dessert. i also had only one glass of wine.
on sunday, i had a sushi combo plate (8 pieces of sushi) and 2 beers. in the evening, i only had a small serving of fettucini alfredo with chicken and brocolli. for a late night snack i had some rice and 2 xiu long bao.
i exercised on sunday by going to the gym and burning at least 1000 calories. i ran this morning for a good 30-45 minutes.
